Privacy Notice

This notice applies to the GovBot Mitigation Plans connector only. It is operated by Ideation Lab, Corp.
Information received
- The connector has no accounts and no sign-in, and it sets no cookies.
- The service does not receive conversation content. It receives only the tool arguments the assistant sends, such as place names, GEOIDs, plan identifiers and search words.
Logs and counters
- Standard request logs record the time, request path, response status and network address. They are retained for 30 days for operation and abuse prevention.
- Tool arguments are not written to logs.
- Per-network counters used for rate limiting are short-lived.
Disclosure
No data is sold or shared. The service answers from its own database of plan documents and public registry data; it does not forward tool arguments to any other service.
Content of responses
Responses describe plans prepared by public jurisdictions. Contact details, street addresses, coordinates and titled personal names are removed from plan text before it is stored by the service.
Hosting
The service is hosted on Google Cloud in the United States.
